The Troy Hayner Cultural Center in Troy, Ohio. Originally called the Mary Jane Hayner House. Wealthy distiller William Hayner died in 1912, leaving a three million dollar estate. With these funds, his wife Mary Jane,was able to have this house constructed by architect Leonard Willeke of the Allyn Engineering Company of Cincinnati, Ohio in 1914. The craftsmen including masons and glaziers were imported from Europe. Mary Jane Hayner passed in 1942. She willed the mansion to the Troy Board of Education. Architectural Style-Romanesque.
