Victoria Theater Building in Dayton, Ohio. Initially built in 1866 by John Rouzer. Due to a massive fire in 1869, the theater had to be extensively rebuilt, being reopened in 1871. The current theater accommodates 1,154, with 635 seats in the orchestra, and 519 in the balcony. Architectural Style-Italianate. Posted to the National Register of Historic Places on June 22, 1972.
